## Summary
DJ Wale plays graduation parties in Columbus and nearby, from backyard open houses to hall parties for high school and college grads. We bring current hits, Bollywood and Punjabi favorites, an emcee for toasts, and outdoor-ready sound.

## Overview
Graduation season in Ohio is busy, and grad parties range from afternoon open houses in the backyard to evening dance parties. We size the setup and the volume to the event.

For South Asian families, grad parties often double as a family celebration, so we mix the grad's current favorites with Bollywood and Punjabi songs for parents and relatives.

## What's included
- **Outdoor sound:** Backyard and tent-ready speakers.
- **Current hits:** Top 40 and hip-hop the grad's friends want.
- **Family favorites:** Bollywood and Punjabi for relatives.
- **Emcee:** Toasts and a congratulations moment.
- **Lighting:** For evening parties.

## How a grad party runs
1. **Background** (Open house): Easy music as guests come and go.
2. **Moment** (Toasts): Congratulations speeches.
3. **Party** (Evening): Dance set for friends and family.

## Open houses and evening parties
Ohio grad parties are often open houses where guests come and go over a few hours. We keep the music at a level where people can talk, play the grad's favorites, and hold a short congratulations moment with a microphone. If the party turns into an evening dance, we bring up the lights and the energy.

## Two generations of guests
South Asian grad parties often bring together the graduate's friends and the extended family. We mix current hits for friends with Bollywood and Punjabi songs for relatives, and keep everything clean.

## Music
Top 40 and hip-hop, Bollywood and Punjabi, kept clean for family audiences.

## Planning tips
- Book early; late May and June weekends fill fast.
- Check neighborhood rules for backyard volume.
