Conference & gala entertainment

DJ Wale provides DJ, emcee, stage audio and LED walls for conferences, galas and association banquets across central Ohio. At the AMDAANA 46th Annual Conference in Columbus, we provided DJ and emcee services and supported live performances on stage.

Multi-day conferences and galas combine formal programs, live performances and a party, often in the same ballroom. We plan every segment with your organizing committee and deliver each one with the right audio and visuals.

At the AMDAANA 46th Annual Conference in Columbus, Kaka G was on the mic, DJ Wale was up on the conference LED wall, and we supported live performances such as sitar on stage.

We work with hotel AV teams or bring our own production, whichever the venue and your budget prefer.

Working with your committee

Conferences have many stakeholders: an organizing committee, sponsors, speakers, performers and the hotel. We join planning calls, build a cue sheet for every session and the gala, and take one clear list of contacts for the day so nothing is lost between teams.

From sessions to the gala floor

During the day we keep audio clean and invisible: microphones for speakers and panels, playback for slides and videos, and walk-up music for honorees. At night, the gala program moves from awards and performances to a full dance floor, with lighting and effects that turn a ballroom into a celebration.

The music

Ambient and instrumental for sessions and dinner, then Bollywood, bhangra and Top 40 for the gala party.
